Return Commitment

Your satisfaction is our priority. Most items in new condition with original tags and packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

How To Return?

Option 1: Use a Pre-Paid Return Label (US customers)

  1. Contact Customer Service at cs@allegra-k.com.
  2. Receive and print the return label.
  3. Prepare and ship the package following the instructions.

Option 2: Return on Your Own

  1. Submit a return request.
  2. Receive the correct return address.
  3. Use a traceable shipping method and keep the tracking number.

Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?

U.S. customers receive one free return label for the first eligible return. International return costs and additional returns are generally the customer responsibility unless the item has a confirmed quality issue.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

EU and EEA consumers may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days. Send an unequivocal statement by email or use the online Withdrawal Request form before the period expires.

How to Exchange?

Place a new order for the preferred item and return the original item according to this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Final-sale, worn, washed, damaged, altered or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refund Process

After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
